Magic Feedback, based in Copenhagen, secured a €1.2 million pre-seed investment to advance its AI-driven platform for consolidating and analyzing user feedback automatically. Maki VC led the financing round, with contributions from individual angel investors, including Geeta Schmidt, co-founder, and former CEO of Humio.

Founded in 2023 by former Google employees Nima Vali Rajabi and Francisco Arias, Magic Feedback aims to transform how product teams handle user input. CEO Nima Vali Rajabi highlighted the challenge faced by most product teams in managing and understanding user feedback, emphasizing the need for efficient organization and interpretation.

Magic Feedback's platform streamlines the process of organizing and categorizing user feedback, leveraging AI to centralize feedback from various sources like support tickets, meeting notes, and product reviews. Early adopter Maria Westergaard praised the platform for its ability to centralize feedback and provide valuable insights for product development.

Since its official launch in September, Magic Feedback has attracted leading clients and introduced innovative features like AI-powered feedback surveys and forms. Geeta Schmidt, an angel investor in Magic Feedback, commended the company's commitment to enhancing user feedback processes and expressed confidence in its future impact on internet products.
