• Adam Lathram: Co-founder and President. Adam oversees product design and has launched three core products, including a COVID response solution adopted by two state governments. He has a BA in psychology and economics from Harvard College and was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.
• Andrew Le, MD: Co-founder and CEO. Andrew has led Buoy through two successful funding rounds, raising over $67 million. Recognized as a healthcare leader, he holds a doctorate from Harvard Medical School and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.
• Jeff Caba, DHSc, PA-C: Medical Director. Jeff has 20 years of clinical experience and extensive healthcare administration experience. He has a doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University and a Master’s from Duke University School of Medicine. Jeff brings clinical insight and research to drive medical product innovation at Buoy.
