Orady, a former supercomputer engineer, personally designed Tonal's core technology, including its innovative digital resistance mechanisms. Krystal Zell took over as CEO in 2023, after joining the company as President in 2022. Her extensive background includes significant roles at major corporations such as The Home Depot and Starwood Hotels, where she honed her skills in customer experience and digital operations. Zell's focus at Tonal is on scaling the business and driving growth by leveraging her expertise in operational management and digital technology.
