Attendees at the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition 2024 can explore Netsmart's transformative healthcare technology solutions at booth #1561, presented in collaboration with AWS. The focus is on elevating healthcare delivery for vulnerable populations by highlighting groundbreaking advancements in AI and interoperability. The kiosk demonstration will showcase the impact of AI-driven solutions in electronic health records (EHR), with a collaboration between Netsmart and AWS. Initiatives such as Bells AI, a digital documentation assistant, leverage cloud services and predictive modeling for preemptive crisis management, along with natural language processing (NLP) for actionable insights from unstructured data.

Julie Hiett, Vice President and General Manager of Population Health at Netsmart, will lead a presentation on AI + Automation in Action: Redefining Population Health Management. The session, scheduled for Wednesday, March 13 at 12:30 p.m., will provide insights into how the collaboration with AWS is transforming population health management, fostering proactive care coordination, and facilitating the adoption of value-based care models across healthcare organizations.

Ben Rosen, Client Success Manager – Interoperability, will contribute to a discussion with the HIMSS (Long-Term Post-Acute Care) LTPAC Committee. The session on Priorities in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care is set for Thursday, March 14, at 1:00 p.m. in the HIMSS Connect booth. It will emphasize the crucial role long-term and post-acute care plays in healthcare delivery and the integration of these care settings into larger industry efforts for a well-functioning healthcare ecosystem.

Netsmart's participation extends to the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase™, located in booth #3760-37. Attendees can witness real-life scenarios demonstrating how health IT systems can share and use data in near real-time, enhancing care delivery and outcomes. Netsmart's presentation, Multimodality Technology to Support Care Transitions, will illustrate a behavioral health provider's journey in delivering care to a woman experiencing postpartum depression. The use case will showcase open networks in action, simplifying transitions of care, achieving closed-loop referrals, connecting to outside EHRs, and closing gaps in care.

The Interoperability Showcase will be open for tours during the conference on Tuesday, March 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Thursday, March 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
